Using Windows 2003, IIS 6, computername of cccccccc, web virtual
directory pointing to folder ffffffff, domain dddddddd, with the
following folder permissions, I believe ALL users can access this web:

cccccccc\Administrators - full
cccccccc\ASPNET - full
dddddddd\UserID1 - read
dddddddd\UserID2 - full
Creator Owner - full
System - full
cccccccc\Users - read

When cccccccc\Users is removed, NO ONE, including UserID2, can access
this web. Why can't UserID2 access this web? What is this thing
computername\Users?

Problem solved... It was caused by a chain reaction series of
settings, the most critical being the lack for permissions for
computername\NETWORK SERVICE, a new requirement in IIS 6.
